Cans must be at the curb for service to be completed. We schedule on/after your trash day depending on your location and trash hauler, and always send reminder texts/emails the day before at 3pm.

Please contact ASAP if service cannot be completed so we can take you off the route and reschedule accordingly. We have a $5 fuel charge for rescheduling any cleaning that was missed. 

If WE miss a cleaning, you will be refunded or rescheduled. No can swapping. Technicians track and record each stop.
